Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bets or wagers on the cbajei platform. By accessing and using cbajei, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "cbajei" or "Platform" or "Operator" refers to the cbajei online casino and sports betting service accessible at cbajei.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
- "Player" or "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cbajei platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the personal account registered and maintained by a Player on the cbajei platform, identified by the Player's registered mobile number.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's cbajei account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by cbajei. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements and terms disclosed at the time of the promotion.
- "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed by a Player on any game, market, or event available on the cbajei platform.
- "Game Rules" refers to the specific rules and mechanics applicable to individual games, betting markets, and product categories available on cbajei, which supplement these Terms & Conditions.
- "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transaction currency on cbajei.
- "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the time zone used as the reference for all time-sensitive operations, including bonus expiry, match kick-off times, and support hours on cbajei.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on cbajei, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must not be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling or sports betting activities.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of cbajei or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not have had a previous cbajei account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and any additional verification information cbajei may request. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided remains accurate and up to date throughout the life of your account.
cbajei reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by cbajei may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent account closure.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on cbajei. If cbajei identifies that a single individual controls more than one account — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — cbajei may close all duplicate accounts without notice and forfeit any balances held within them. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will be reversed in full.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify cbajei immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. cbajei will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
cbajei accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cbajei does not charge a platform fee on local BDT transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. cbajei reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps in accordance with cbajei's anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your cbajei account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. cbajei is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by cbajei during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. cbajei reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or where a withdrawal would breach applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
All account balances, bets, and payouts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cbajei does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is outside cbajei's control and you bear all associated conversion costs and exchange rate risk.
You must not use cbajei as a mechanism to transfer funds between individuals or to conduct any transaction unrelated to genuine gambling activity. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without meaningful betting activity may be flagged as suspicious and investigated. cbajei reserves the right to recover any costs, charges, or losses caused by fraudulent or prohibited payment activity from your account balance.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
cbajei offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each promotion is governed by specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds or stake restrictions, and eligible games or markets. These specific terms supplement and take precedence over this general clause where they conflict.
- Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- cbajei reserves the right to withdraw a promotion, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — creating multiple accounts, exploiting a promotion through systematic low-risk betting strategies, or colluding with other players.
- Bonuses credited in error must be reported to cbajei support immediately. cbajei reserves the right to recover erroneously credited bonus amounts regardless of whether they have been wagered.
- No player may claim more than one welcome bonus. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and are subject to verification of account details.
- Any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the specific promotion terms will be voided and removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
cbajei reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without liability to players, subject to honouring any qualifying activity already recorded prior to the change.
5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity
cbajei reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. This includes situations where cbajei reasonably suspects that a bet has been placed using insider information, as part of a match-fixing arrangement, or in a manner that exploits an error in the published odds or game mechanics.
In the event that cbajei publishes manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, cbajei reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the original stake to the player's account. cbajei will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly. Players who systematically seek out and exploit pricing errors may have their accounts restricted or closed.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market — including server disconnection, software failure, or data corruption — all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at cbajei's discretion. The result displayed on a player's screen during a malfunction does not constitute a valid game outcome. cbajei's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive authority in the event of any dispute.
For sports betting markets, if a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum period of play required for settlement has been completed, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. 6. Responsible Gaming
cbajei is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly within your account settings.
cbajei strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age. If you are aware that a person under 21 has accessed cbajei using your account or device, you must notify cbajei immediately and take appropriate steps to secure your account.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the cbajei platform — including but not limited to the cbajei brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, and written content — is the intellectual property of cbajei or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cbajei platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cbajei content without the prior written consent of cbajei. Unauthorised use of cbajei's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbajei's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cbajei shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, howsoever arising.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
- Losses arising from network interruptions, internet outages, or device failures outside cbajei's control.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Losses arising from your reliance on any game result or odds displayed during a technical malfunction.
- Any action taken by a third-party payment provider that delays or blocks a transaction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by cbajei's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Account Closure and Termination
Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your cbajei account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Termination by cbajei: cbajei reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- cbajei has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
- You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- You are found to be under 21 years of age.
- Continued operation of your account poses a risk to cbajei or other players.
- cbajei is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
In cases of termination for cause, cbajei may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, cbajei may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with these terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the cbajei platform. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and cbajei, the player should first contact cbajei's customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. cbajei commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within five business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to working in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with cbajei's support team, the parties agree to escalate the matter through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings. cbajei's records of account activity, game outcomes, and transaction history shall be treated as authoritative evidence in any dispute resolution process, absent clear evidence of data corruption or error.
cbajei does not waive any rights by delaying or failing to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions in a specific instance. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Amendments to These Terms
cbajei reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cbajei will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to your account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
Your continued use of the cbajei platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using cbajei and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
